goat cheeses are personally prepared on a 105 acre 
homestead located in Nottoway County, Virginia. From the 
very beginning, their dairy goats graze on lush pastures 
and only the best nutritionally balanced feeds available. 
This special care allows these goats to produce the purest 
goat milk, which is hand crafted into fine cheese daily. 
Special blends of natural herbs, spices and flavors add 
the 
perfect touch and creates a bountiful array of chevre that 
will satisfy even the most passionate connoisseur.
Chevre
Chevre is a soft goat cheese that has many desired 
qualities. It may be used as a substitute for cream 
cheese. 
Chevre may also be made into a dip or spread, flavored 
with your favorite herb. Chevres can range in texture from 
moist and creamy to dry and semi firm. It comes in a 
variety of shapes. It is often coated in edible leaves, 
herbs, or pepper. Store tightly wrapped in the 
refrigerator 
for up to two weeks.
