Is 14 weeks in length; deliveries scheduled to 
begin mid-June to 
mid-September.  Lots of heat loving vegetables 
during the summer 
season, fewer cool weather greens.

FALL FULL SHARE: $203.00 or HALF SHARE: $110 
Like the spring season, is also 6 weeks in 
length; deliveries 
scheduled to begin mid-September to late 
October.  We complete 
the “harvest circle” with more cool weather 
crops and fewer heat 
loving vegetables.
EGGS:one dozen eggs delivered biweekly, Spring- $13.50, Summer- $31.50 Fall- $13.50
Fresh eggs from happy birds free-roaming during the day and locked up safe from foxes at night. Chickens are fed a diet of non- GMO fresh ground grains and are free to forage by day. Hormone, antibiotic free birds produce the best tasting eggs available.

GOAT CHEESE: two 4 oz containers delivered biweekly, Spring $30, Summer $70, Fall $30
Special blends of natural herbs, spices add the perfect touch. We freeze the cheese after blending so that you can enjoy it at your leisure…simply place in the refrigerator to thaw slowly and enjoy! New blends coming this year.

LOCAL HONEY: 2 lbs. glass jar biweekly, Summer $80.50, Spring or Fall $34.50

David Fitzgerald offers delicious, pure and natural honey. His state licensed and inspected honey house, produces some of the best locally "grown" honey around. Never pasteurized, always pure. Too yummy to miss!

CHICKEN:
3.5–4 lbs. frozen whole birds, delivered biweekly, Spring $43.50, Summer $101.50, Fall $43.50

Homestead Traditionals, located in Goochland County is owned and operated by David Fitzgerald. David has been raising his cage- free poultry and eggs several years. David shares our philosophy of humanely raising and processing his birds. In addition to GMO-free feed and open pastures, David supplements his birds' diet with vegetables.

PASTA

Fresh cut or stuffed (vegetarian or meat filled) pasta made locally by Gianni Cavanna. Gianni has been preparing his homemade fresh pasta for over 17 years. Packaged in 1 lb. containers, the selections will vary...a great way to combine your fresh vegetables and pasta into a memorable meal. Delivered frozen…just add to boiling water, so there is no need to thaw.

Share PortionsOur weekly full shares are designed to feed a family of four who eat most of their meals at home during the week. We had many requests for half-shares…designed for households of 1 or 2 people who may eat out several times during the week. In response to this request we are offering a limited quantity of half shares.
